What is RD Calculator?
A Recurring Deposit (RD) calculator helps you estimate maturity amount from monthly deposits at a fixed interest rate. RD is similar to SIP but in a bank โ you deposit a fixed amount every month for a chosen tenure. Post office RDs currently offer around 6.7% p.a. and are government-backed. Bank RDs offer 5.5โ8% depending on the bank and tenure.
