We are not a lender, insurer, or fund house ourselves. Final approval, policy issuance, or fund allotment is at the discretion of the respective financial institution.

4. Eligibility

Marfo Strategies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the service fees paid by you to Marfo Strategies in the preceding 3 months.
